We want you to be extremely satisfied with your shopping experience with Forge 97. We are committed to ensuring that your rights under the consumer protection act (CPA 2008) are respected and honoured.

Not what you ordered?

If we send you the wrong order, we will send our courier to come and collect the product at no charge to you. Please make sure that that product is not used and in its original packaging. 

We do not refund the following:

  • Gift cards / Donations
  • Downloadable software products (such as antivirus software)
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Shipping / Collection fees
  • Limited time only products/ Special request products / Gifts
  • Items which have been damaged, have liquid, oils, burns, tears etc
  • Void seal broken or tampered with / Modified products
  • Products that are missing the original packaging and or accessories
  • Used items or items which have been opened
  • Items that show wear and tear / damaged / broken
  • Clearance products or products being discontinued
  • Free items
  • Services rendered such as consultations, laptop service fees etc
  • Screen protectors or Smartphone cases
  • RAM sticks or modules
  • Storage devices such as HDDs / SSDs / USB sticks / USB cards

Warranty policy

It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Our products come with different warranties.

  • 1 year

Refund application

If you have paid for a product which is not in stock, kindly complete the refund application so that we may pay back the funds into your bank account. In some instances, a refund will be made directly to the bank card you used to make the purchase. Click here to fill in the refund form.

Returns application

Our policy lasts fourteen (14) days. If fourteen (14) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within the 14 day period (you may be charged a re-stocking fee). Refunds can be either a store credit, full refund or replacement of those products.
